My Client is Dead and Never Got His Benefits

Thomas J Mabine was born December 13, 1957. He was 61 years old. He was born at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn New York. When a young child he moved to Wilkes-Barre after being adopted by his mother's sister and her husband, the late Edward Mabine and the late Bertha Mabine. He attended Saint Mary's Elementary School and Dana-Grant Street Elementary school both in Wilkes-Barre. He lived in Wilkes-Barre the past 20 years but over the years also spend time in Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Wheeling West Virginia, Columbus, Atlanta and Washington State. This posting is not to make any commentary on the system or his particular case. It is just to honor a human being because as far as I can tell nobody else did when he died.
